At Rough & Tumble, your satisfaction matters to us. As our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns once they have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected.
